The Siemens SIRIUS 3RM11 is a fail-safe direct-on-line motor starter designed for switching, protecting, and safely shutting down three-phase motors in industrial automation systems. Part of the compact 3RM1 family, it combines hybrid switching technology with integrated electronic overload protection in a housing only 22.5 mm wide. Depending on the selected variant, the 3RM11 covers motor current ranges from 0.1 to 7 A and supports three-phase motors up to 3 kW at 400 V. Its safety functionality supports applications up to SIL 3 and PL e / Category 4, making it suitable for conveyors, machinery, assembly systems, and other safety-related motor control applications.
