Pioneering Innovation

3 young entrepreneurs established Shanghai NuoFei Energy Technology, the predecessor of Simply Buy, focusing on EV charging stations and industrial control cabinets for PLC and DCS projects. Our control cabinets powered global automation lines, earning trust from Fortune 500 companies.

2011

Global Partnerships

Our EV charging stations were successfully tested by the State Grid. Collaborations with Ingersoll Rand and Atlas Copco expanded our expertise in panel building and electrical control systems, leading to deep partnerships with top industrial automation brands.

Simply Buy Established

After 3 years in China, Simply Buy was founded to serve international markets. We delivered industrial control cabinets integrated with leading global brands, powering robotics, air compressors, motor and pump control, and automotive manufacturing worldwide.

Panel & Automation Solutions

Alongside global deliveries of integrated control cabinets, Simply Buy began producing PLC panels, motor control panels, and VFD panels—laying the foundation for our industrial automation solutions business.

Hong Kong Expansion

To enhance logistics efficiency and financial services, we established a Hong Kong subsidiary. This move streamlined procurement and delivery for customers across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Customization & Manufacturing

In response to growing OEM and ODM demands, we launched Wenzhou Siheng Technology, leveraging China's low-voltage electrical supply chain to offer customized solutions for industrial automation and control.
