Product Description

The Inovance MD520-4T18.5 is a high-performance universal AC drive for three-phase 380 to 480 V motors. The heavy-duty rating is 18.5 kW with 150% overload for 60 seconds and the normal-duty rating is 22 kW, covering both constant-torque machinery and fan or pump duty. A built-in dynamic braking unit is included, and an optional built-in DC reactor reduces input current harmonics at this power rating.

• Dual rating: Heavy duty at 150% overload for 60 s and normal duty at 110% overload for 60 s.
• Safety function: Built-in Safe Torque Off (STO) rated SIL 3 / PL e.
• Built-in keypad: Colour LED keypad shows drive and operating status.
• Conformal coating: Coated PCBs suitable for 3S2 and 3C3 environments; IE2 efficiency to IEC 61800-9-2.
• Built-in braking unit: Dynamic braking built in up to and including 75 kW (400 V).
• DC reactor: Optional built-in DC reactor for T5 models.
