The ABB ACS180 Series Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is a compact, high-performance drive designed for precise and efficient control of induction and permanent magnet motors. Covering power ratings from 0.37 to 22 kW, it supports both single-phase 200–240 V and three-phase 200–240 V / 380–480 V supply options, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and OEM applications.With sensorless vector control, a broad speed range of up to 590 Hz, and built-in safety features such as Safe Torque Off (STO), the ACS180 ensures reliable operation while meeting demanding safety standards. The drive comes with an integrated icon-based control panel for intuitive operation, and offers flexible connectivity via RS-485 Modbus RTU as well as support for ABB’s DriveTune mobile app and Drive Composer PC tool.
