The Siemens SIRIUS 3RW302 series is a compact soft starter range designed for smooth starting and stopping of three-phase motors in industrial applications. The series covers rated operational currents from approximately 25 to 38 A and supports motors from 11 to 18.5 kW at 400 V, depending on the selected variant. With a main operating voltage range of 200 to 480 V AC, the 3RW302 uses two-phase motor control and hybrid switching technology to reduce starting current and mechanical stress.
